Arrests Made in Montgomery County Gas Station Robbery
On Friday August 20, 2010 at 0500 hours M.C.S.O. Patrol responded to a robbery of an individual occurred at the Exxon Convenience store located at the intersection of Gleneagle Drive and Highway 242.
Two Arrests made in The Woodlands Wendy's Restaurant Robbery

Detectives from the Major Crimes Unit have arrested two persons in connection with the August 31st Aggravated Robbery at the Wendy's fast food restaurant in The Woodlands.
Detectives have arrested Aaron James Hashaw W/M Dob: 07-25-1989 of Spring Texas and Heather Luv Boggs W/F Dob: 02-28-1972 of Montgomery Texas.
Restaurant robbed on Woodlands Parkway
On Monday, at approximately 10:05 p.m., District 6 patrol deputies in The Woodlands were dispatched to a robbery at the Wendy’s Restaurant located at 6670 Woodlands Parkway.
When deputies arrived witnesses told them that white or Hispanic male wearing a “dark hoodie” and a bandana over his face entered the restaurant through a side door with a handgun and ordered all employees to go behind the counter.
Montgomery County Sheriff's Ask For Help In Locating Suspect In Shooting Incident at Restaurant In Spring
On August 14, 2010 around 1:20 a.m., Fidencio Maravillo Martinez (AKA: Fidencio Martiez Maravillo) walked into the Taqueria Arandes located at 25598 IH 45 S, Spring, TX. Martinez shot and killed Security Officer, Jose Maximino Benitez. Martinez was last seen getting into a white Chrysler 300.
The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Major Case Unit is searching for the suspect and needs the help of the public and the media. Martinez should be considered armed and dangerous.
Montgomery County Sheriff's Bust Illegal 8-Liner Gambling Operations
On Thursday, the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Special Investigations Unit served search warrants at businesses located in the 23600 block of Hwy 59 Porter, Texas and the 24100 block of Loop 494 in Porter, Texas. These businesses were operating as illegal 8-liner gambling places. The warrants were served at approximately 3:00pm. The Loop 494 location was operating under the name “Casa Blanca”. 3 arrests were made of employees on location and 17 citations were issued to customers found gambling during warrant service.
