The Woodlands, Tx (May 5, 2008) – The Woodlands Township Board of Directors recognized the achievements of Bonnie Hubert, Mrs. Texas International 2009.
Mrs. Hubert was presented with a Certificate of Achievement at The Woodlands Township Board of Directors meeting on April 22, 2009. She competed in interviews, evening gown and fitness wear at the state level and was crowned Mrs. Texas International 2009 in March in San Antonio.
Township Chairman Nelda Luce Blair said, “We are so honored to have Mrs. Bonnie Hubert representing The Woodlands.”
Mrs. Hubert is a licensed professional counselor and Crisis Intervention Specialist for the Conroe Independent School District and a spokesperson for Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA). Mrs. Hubert will go on to compete against the 49 other states and countries around the world for the title of Mrs. International on July 18 in Chicago.
